World Compass Collision & Refinishing herein will also be known as “WCC&R” throughout this document.

No other warranty is implied or expressed.

Any work outside of the estimate/repair order is not covered under warranty.

Only the work listed on the estimate/work order will be accomplished.

“WCC&R” repair services are predicated on repairing or painting over existing conditions, unless otherwise specified in the estimate.

“WCC&R” warranties are limited to the workmanship we perform and the materials we use.

This warranty is VOID if the vehicle is involved in a subsequent accident or fire, or if the vehicle is affected by an “Act of God” (such as hail, flood, sandstorm damage, etc.).  Our paint warranty does NOT cover rock chips, sand storm damage, hail, any impact from any object, vehicle or subsequent collisions.

Some automotive designs cause dirt and moisture to accumulate in areas that promote the formation of rust/corrosion. All rust/corrosion repairs are warranted for 90 days unless it is determined that no warranty can be offered due to the severity, and is stated on the estimate as “no warranty”.

If surface reconditioning is required due to micro-checking, peeling, excessive rock chips, etc., old body work or hidden damage could be found and will require re-work at additional cost to the customer.  Surface reconditioning will be performed only if it is identified on the estimate.

“WCC&R” will not warranty any paint in which body work was accomplished by someone other than World Compass Collision & Refinishing.

Minor imperfections such as paint over nicks, chips, & scratches may be visible under the new paint and are deemed acceptable unless they were listed as specific repair items on the customer’s repair order.

 “WCC&R” goes to great lengths to minimize contamination in the paint process with multiple cleanings of the vehicle prior to painting. Minimal amounts of dust or dirt settling in the paint finish while curing is inherent to the paint process.

Only the work that is itemized on the repair estimate will be accomplished. If you have any questions regarding the work performed as written in the estimate, it is incumbent on you (the customer) to identify any discrepancies before the work is to begin.

 

Our spot paint (partial paint) work has a limited lifetime warranty unless full de-trimming of hardware and glass is not accomplished; then the spot paint work will have a 2 year limited warranty. The warranty is non-transferrable. The warranty does NOT cover rock chips or damage from impact. The warranty is void if the vehicle has subsequent damage or transfer of ownership.

"SILVER" - economy paint service - single stage urethane limited warranty shall be warranted for 2 years full and 2 year prorated at 50% of the current retail price.  The warranty does NOT cover rock chips or damage from impact. The warranty is void if the vehicle has subsequent damage or transfer of ownership.

"GOLD" - base coat clear coat paint service limited warranty shall be warranted for 3 years full and 2 year prorated at 50% of the current retail price of gold base coat clear coat paint service as specified above.   The warranty does NOT cover rock chips or damage from impact. The warranty is void if the vehicle has subsequent damage or transfer of ownership.

"PLATINUM" - base coat clear coat paint service limited warranty shall be warranted for 5 years full warranty as specified above.   The warranty does NOT cover rock chips or damage from impact. The warranty is void if the vehicle has subsequent damage or transfer of ownership.

All parts are covered under the manufacture's/suppliers warranty.
